How to use the service to find dormant deposits
▣ If the dormant deposit is less than 500,000 won, apply for payment
▶For dormant deposits, access the online payment application site ‘Find Dormant Deposits’ (https://sleepmoney.kinfa.or.kr).
▶ ‘Finding dormant deposits’ (https://sleepmoney.kinfa.or.kr) Personal authentication is performed with an official certificate or mobile phone without registering as a member.
▶ 24 hours inquiry is possible only for all dormant deposits contributed to the People’s Finance Agency (Seogeumwon).
▶ If you apply for payment of the balance of the dormant account, you can receive up to 500,000 won.
▶ If the amount is less than 500,000 won per case, you can apply for immediate payment online (from 9:00 to 20:00 on business days).
