■ c101 and e101 error codes
Error codes c101 and e101 occur when there is a communication error between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit or, in the case of recent products, the outdoor unit power is not connected. Therefore, if this error code appears, there is a high possibility that you can unplug the power cord and turn it on again after about 5 minutes. Also, check that the outdoor unit power cord is plugged in properly.
■ c574 and e574 error codes
c574 and e574 are refrigerant related errors. Usually, this is an error code that appears when the refrigerant is low or the refrigerant gas is leaking.
It is better to prepare for the hot weather by cleaning and checking the air conditioner in advance before the heat wave hits.
