What is the National Tomorrow Learning Card?

75 years or older
incumbent public official
private school staff
Self-employed with annual sales of 150 million won or more
Employees of large corporations with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more (under 45 years of age)

Current students with more than 2 years remaining until graduation

Other sources for whom the need for vocational training is not recognized
