● Turn on the KB Star Banking application → Log in. → Click the ‘magnifying glass’ icon at the top.

● Enter ‘password’ in the search box > Chatbot Appears!

 

The chatbot lists tasks related to passwords. At this time, click ‘Account Password’. Then, two options related to the passbook password, “Change password or disable error” and “Post-registration of new account password” appear. At this time, select ‘Change password or clear error’.

● Chatbot: Select [Account Password] → Chatbot: Select [Change password or clear error]

 

When you get here, you have two options. There are [Account password change] and [Account password error reset 4 times]. The difference between the two is that you know your existing password.

 

 

 

○ Choose to cancel account password error 4 times

Usually, if you enter the wrong password 4 times, it is difficult to enter any more because of 4 errors. If you choose to cancel account password error 4 times, you can press the existing account password one more time. What if this is also wrong? There will be a total of 5 password input errors, so you will be moved to ‘Account Password Change’.

 

● Select account password change → Select ‘If you know the existing password’ or ‘If you do not know the default password’.

Two options appear. Account password change literally means that you know the old password, but want to change the password, or forget the old password and set it again.

 

○ Choose if you know the existing password

You will be taken to the ‘Account Selection’ screen. If you select the account you want to change the password for, a window to enter the old password appears, and you can change it to a new password afterwards.

 

○ If you do not know the existing password, select it → ‘Select account’ screen → Agree to the terms and conditions → Take your ID card → Change your password
