Today, I’m going to look at how to issue a birth certificate in case you have a chance to see or submit a birth certificate like me.
1. Offline issuance 좋은뉴스
If it is difficult to issue online, you must issue it in person.
You can issue an issuance from an unmanned issuance machine or visit nearby elementary, middle, and high schools or the Office of Education to apply for issuance.
– Unmanned civil petition issuance machine
– Visit the elementary/middle/high school administrative office (bring your ID)
2. Online issuance
There are two methods for online issuance. I was issued using the second method!
Let’s find out one by one.
▶ Government 24
I didn’t know if the government 24 even issued a life record, but this time I looked it up and found it.
The advantage is that we have used it several times, so it is a familiar (?) site, but the disadvantage is that there are some security programs that need to be installed when connecting for the first time.
You can find the issuance of the school life record as shown in the picture below by searching for ‘living’ on the first screen of the government 24 website!

This is the method I recommend because it is easier to obtain than the government 24.
1. Go to the Nice Public Service and click [Home Edu Civil Service] to select the school office that applies to you!
2. Click [School Life Record] in the banner that says Online Issuance Application.
(A pop-up appears stating that the issuance is available from graduates after 2003.)
3. Select a school after logging in with an accredited certificate
After logging in with the accredited certificate, you can find the school you want to issue a living record from in the school name search, select it, and issue it.
And there is a password on the birth file, the password is the first digit of your social security number!
