2. How to apply for free inspection

If you enter the homepage of LG Electronics and click ‘Customer Support’ and then click ‘Contents of self-inspection of air conditioner’ at the bottom, a banner for pre-inspection of air conditioner appears, so you can apply for service there. You can also apply at 1544-7777.
For other carrier air conditioners, call 1588-8866, and for Winia, call 1588-9588 to request a pre-inspection of the air conditioner.
